My tech, Josh, was professional, courteous, and understanding. He came on a sunday becase i had no heat. He treated it like it was a normal day. He was very understanding of my situation. He worked to fix my problem and offered me a couple of solutions to fit my needs.

I completed a diagnostic and found all of the returns are not pulling. I found the unit almost completely empty of 410. I added 2.5 pounds of Freon. System is now cooling.
I completed a diagnostic and found capacitor on outdoor unit is bad, outdoor unit wont come on. I replaced the capacitor. AC unit is now operating. Cooling upon departure.
I found that the Goodman air conditioner was not cooling properly due to the condenser not working properly and the capacitor has failed. Customer agreed to replace the motor surge capacitor and system is cooling properly at time of departure.
I completed a diagnostic and found the breaker was off at the service panel. I turned the breaker on and AC is back up and running. I cleaned units electrical components, cleaned up wiring and changed the filter. System operating upon departure.

I completed a callback service on a Bryant air conditioner. I determined that the unit suffers from flooding. Unit needs to be set higher off the ground. I found a 30amp fuse blown in disconnect. I replaced the 30amp fuse. System up and running upon departure.
I completed a diagnostic on a Bryant air conditioner. Determined that there was a significant amount of water in the unit. Unit is partially buried in the ground. AC is not cooling well, compressor was frozen solid. Unit was low on refrigerant so I added one pound of R-22. Customer wanted a quote on a new unit at the end of the visit, so I recommended that the client set up an estimate with the office.
I performed a diagnostic service call on the air conditioning unit. Upon arrival I performed a nitrogen pressure test, and I noticed his unit is completely out of refrigerant. I added some Puron to unit and fixed leaked near evap. Upon departure system is fully operational, I did advise customer unit was installed poorly.
I completed a diagnostic on a Heat Pump. I determined that there is poor filtration system and the filter has issued and the unit was in a flood. Cleaned off circuit board and electrical components. System was operational at time of departure.
The customer wanted an estimate to install a new HVac system in a garage-loft. I will provide estimate after reviewing job measurements.
I performed a tune up and safety check on a Carrier gas furnace and air conditioner. Everything working upon departure according to manufacturer's specifications.
I removed a Goodman gas furnace and Ducane air conditioner. I installed a Carrier 96% Two-Stage 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier up to 17 SEER 2 STAGE 4 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I gave an estimate to replace a Carrier air conditioner. I recommend replacing it with a Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
During a tune up on a 2002 Janitrol gas furnace, I cleaned the flame sensor. All readings are within manufacturers specifications at this time.
